Now called Magenta House, the 3-metre-wide terrace has found new life with its current owners, Mariam and Mason, who use it not only as a home, but also as a library, shop and social space for their local community. The renovation introduced a skylit spiral staircase, an internal courtyard and laneway studio, creating a more open, flexible layout filled with natural light. A golden spider stone kitchen island anchors the home, with awning windows that evoke a safari van and allow for alfresco cooking and dining.
